Hello!

This sake is called "Hakutaka" - that's what it says on the front of the bottle in the big black characters. (Also written in katakana below the main label)

The red characters to the right - "genuine".
The red characters to the left are (from the top) "Nada", an area in Hyogo Prefecture famous for sake production and "sake". Together it reads "Nadazake".
So as a whole, the red characters mean that this sake is a genuine "Nadazake".

A link to the wikipedia page for the Nada area, with some interesting links in the references section: Nada-GogÅ - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The writing on the back states the brewing company and its address. This one comes from Nishinomiya village which is mentioned on the wiki page.

I see there is still quite a lot left in the bottle!
Enjoy!
