Cette avance n’est valable pour un contrat notarial ne dépassant pas une année renouvelable après accord.
Le versement doit être fait avant le mois de octobre 2005 pour une livraison en décembre 2005.
Les livraisons seront faites selon le rythme suivant :
Le payement est en espèces à la livraison et l’avance sur marchandise en sera déduite au fur et à mesure en fonctions des accords ou closes du contrat notarial.

This advance is only valid for a notarial contract not exceeding one year and renewable upon agreement.
The transfer must be made before the month of October 2005 for a delivery in December 2005.
Deliveries will be made in the following manner:
Payment is COD and the advance on the merchandise will be deducted from it over a period of time in accordance with agreements or terms of the notarial contract.
