I can see this topic is quite old but for those who wants to learn arabic without writing I fully recommend Michael Thomas method with Jane Wightwick and Mahmoud Gaafar. Course is separated in 3 levels (I think) and it is great
for beginners and advanced learners also. Did I mention NO writing
