I particularly wanted to write you so that I could hope to get an answer from you some day. Because I like you very much as a person it would enable me to think that someone took so much an interest in me that they answered me. It may seem idiotic, even to me it is, but I never had anything important in my life. When I'm feeling bad, I look at you (unfortunately for me, just your photo of course) then I manage to cope on my own. You're there, you give me back the hope that one day some unforgettable thing may happen to me. You'll have given me the strength to fight to get what I want and face my fears. If you don't fight you can't make your dreams come true but it's difficult when you don't like yourself and totally lack self-confidence.

I hope you'll be pleased with my little present and letter. It would be great and generous from you to send me your autograph as well as Vanessa's, she's such a wonderful girl, I like you both very much.
