For certain people in modern societies, money represents a real priority, but it can not resolve all problems. First of all, it is a mark of inequality between men that could create conflicts. Money is for some the only interest. For me, it's true that it can help in life, but certain values are more important all the same, because money can not procure love, friendship...
Modern societies function by favoring people who have plenty of money, sometimes leaving poorer people by the sidelines. It can create relations, but most often hypocritical ones.
