Bonjour,

I am going to tell you about the trips I have already done and those which I would like to do.

Let me tell you first of all about my trip to Poland. I did it approximately three years ago, in the city of Cracow one of the most important cities in Poland. This city is simply magnificent regarding architecture. Since 1978 it has been classified UNESCO World Heritage City. There are many monuments. Let me mention Saint Marie basilica built in the XIVth century in a Gothic style. There are also the mines of Wieliczka which are the most ancient saltmines in Europe. There is a conference centre which can seat more than one thousand 125m underground. Moreover a church is built a hundred metres deep. Everything is made of salt, either the ground, the staircases, the statues, the paintings, or still the chandeliers; classified UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1978. Numerous personalities visited this church such as John Paul IInd, George Bush … I also visited the extermination camps of Auschwitz-Birkenau which remain the most testing visit in my life: the horror of inhuman Nazis, people died because of the madness of one man.

I also visited Budapest, the capital of Hungary which is a beautiful country maybe less attractive regarding architecture but much warmer in terms of human contact. In comparison with Poland where people are cold and distant, many people in Hungary have some notions of the French language . I keep a good memory of these two countries rather similar by their cultures.

There are still numerous countries which I would like to visit especially on the American continent. The USA, in particular New York which remains a dream with a so different culture, its megalomania. Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, and Mexico stay dreams. I cannot tell you why these countries attract me. They are all simply a dream
