I wouldn't say that it is "an obscure vision". I'd rather say it's realistic. And very true. Our life is all the time connected with suffering, more or less. But we are also able to find something good among the bad things sometimes. This little "goodies" helps us to survive. The fact that someone's life is really great do not mean that life is like that in general. Many people have a kind of a different point of view on that. You should try to accept that and not to deny it without any meaningful argument. This is how I see it...
