2 possible answer:
- La, alrajulu almashhuuru laysa rajulun mashghuulun.
So if you didn't understand nothing(probably it will be
)
I wanted to say this
-The famous man is a busy man(too)

No, the famous man isn't a busy man.
As usual the dialog is a little bit stupid, but it's an exercise after all.
