There is something wrong with that Finnish sentence of yours. Sydämeni = my heart; nimeäsi = your name; hyö and aini are not real words! Your copypaste machine be broken, mate?

Assuming that hyö and aina should be lyö and aina the sentence would be "My heart allways hits/beats your name". If you want to get poetic you might interpret that to mean that my heartbeats sound like your name..or something. Being a physicist getting all poetic isn't really my cup of tea.

What exactly do you mean by "My heart doesn't answer to a name"? What is the message behind this? I don't want to give a translation unless I really understand what the idea is. And I'm guessing you don't want a word-by-word translation but something more natural and fluent.
