Japanese anime is great! It is hard to choose which one I like best because I have seen so many. But here's a top of 5 that i liked most:

I have also seen Inuyasha, Slayers (all 3 series but not the ova's), Samurai X, Kiddy Grade, Elemental Gerad (a very very good one!!!!!), Full Metal Alchemist, Full Metal Panic (only 2 series and loved the second, Fumoffu) and others. There is an anime for every taste so no one can get bored watching them.

I've watched tons of Naruto episodes, up to #154 or so. I haven't had a chance to watch fruits basket (probably too shoujou-ish for my taste
) or most of the other ones on your list. oh, slayers was fun, I've watched some of that too.
yeah, there's tons of anime to satisfy most any taste. personally, I like comedy and HS-life anime ^_^
