I asked a friend about the particular meaning of this sentence that seems to be meaninful, and she said that it's said in Christians wedding celebrations.

It's also present in the lyrics of many songs.

It's meaning is that nothing will ever be able to separate the couple, and that they will leave together until death comes and takes one of them away.

For better understanding, there is the complete context:
The Vow

I call upon this people present here today to witness that I _________ do take __________ to be my lawful wedded wife/husband, to have and to hold from this day forward for better for worse for richer for poorer in sickness and in health till death do us apart according to God's holy law and today I give you my promise.

I have suggested the translation: hatta yufarriqal mawtu baynana.
Or, hatta yufarriqanal mawt.
