Yes, you are right! I'm totally agree with you..in fact I prefer places (on holiday, for example) where I can hear and speak english and by this way I HOPE to improve it little by little also if I know that (for me) is not so simply. I think for now is enough that I can write and you can understand (you do it, didn't you?!), that I can speak and other people can understand what I'm going to do!

I understand how it is for everyone. We all are in the same boat.
I meet many people here from all over the world, mostly Latin countries. What I do to make them feel at home is welcome them and introduce them to others so they feel at home. I can speak Spanish and English so that is a big help. I can also read both. I try to visit other forums like skyscraper.com, where I can speak to people in Madrid and most of Espana. I much prefer that Spanish than ours here in US. That Spanish is more proper and formal. I am surpised though how much bad words they use? We cannot do that on most forums. Anyway, thats why we are all here to help our brother and sisters.
