Hi, my name is Linda and I live in Vermont, U.S. I have joined this group in the hope that you can help me with simple translations to English from various languages.

I am a decorative painter and have recently begun to paint faux wine labels for wines carriers that I bring as host/hostess gifts when I am invited to dinner. I recently went to dinner at the ski home of a couple with an Irish last name, so I painted the label to say "Donovan's Country House" in Gaelic. I found the words, but didn't know the grammar. I hope it was correct that I painted "Teach Tuaithe Donovan."
