Default Maskerade: "This damn' door sticks"

Hi, my first time posting here - hope I'm doing it right.

I could do with the following verse translating into Italian, with bonus points for making it... poetic:

'This damn' door sticks
This damn' door sticks
It sticks no matter what the hell I do
It's marked "Pull" and indeed I am pulling
Perhaps it should be marked "Push"?'

Now, this may seem like an eccentric thing to need translating, so I shall proceed to explain. We're performing Stephen Briggs' adaptation of Terry Pratchett's Maskerade. In this play, Agnes Nitt is required to sing an aria, which begins:

"Questa maledetta porta si blocca, si blocca comunque diavolo lo faccio..."

Now, I don't really have much of a clue about Italian, so if anyone can enlighten me as to the accuracy of this 'translation,' I'd be very grateful. However, the English verse given above seems to be considerably longer. Since I'm intending to compose the score for this, I wanted a more full Italian version to fit the music to.

Hope you can help,
Thanks.
