The objective of the first newspapers was to provide the most accurate information on the most interesting subjects. Newspapers became bigger and bigger and advertising more important. They had more readers than newspapers printed, circulation increased. They had to create events more and more exciting. The best journalists were explorers. As the government became more powerful the best journalists also became more powerful. But what can we say for the worst? (journalists)
