b.Do you know when your parents (will be / are) <are> WILL BE back from Italy ?<(ici when n'introduit pas la subordonnée mais est complément du verbe know)
Tell them to call me as soon as they (are / will be) <will be> ARE back, please.<(voir plus haut, comme avec arrives)
c.Don't forget to call us when you (will be / are) will be ready to go OK
d.I'm going to do my homework while you (are having / will have) are having a rest OK
