There are many of us here that will be happy to assist you to learn.
I am in the USA or to be more specific Texas. There are many online/websites that can also translate specific words for you, however we all can make it more on the human level.
As I mentioned to another new person the US is like any other country we can say a certain word on one side of the country and the word may be pronounced a little different on the other side of our country. Then we have some that speak very fast and some slow. Our East Coast like New Yorker's tend to speak very fast. Down in the South we speak slower.
