In Germany teen girls normally hug and sometimes kiss (boys just say hallo or something like that) or just say hello as the boys. Mostly you say "Hallo!" or the english "Hi!"
If we don't know each other we shake hands.

We do that partially. I know this french tradition and to be honest I think it is ok if you know them, but if you doesn't know this person...ahm...I wouldn't like it that much

But with my aunt and my grandma and grandpa on mother's side we kiss on the cheeks. But that has to do how they do it in Iran cause my grandpa is iranian.

I don't know if it would be easier to integrate. But in my opinion it is kind of respect. If you decide to live in another country you have to speak another language and have to integrate.

Nope. Not at all! We are different - and that is good. Different countries, different traditions.
