Can you tell me what should Iranian people say to each other when they want to say goodbye? Khod Hafez, but what else?

Thanks a lot!
hello and welcome here,

Here go the translations:

The weather here is cold. اینجا هوا سرد است Injaa havaa sard ast.
It’s snow.؟؟؟؟ It snows. برف میاد Barf miaad.
I study farsi. I assume you want to say "I am studying Persian" من دارم فارسی یاد میگیرم Man daaram faarsi yaad migiram
I would like to come to Iran again. من دوست دارم دوباره بیام ایران Man doost daaram dobaare biaam Iraan
He is fine. اون حالش خوبه Oon haalesh khoobe
Everything will be fine. همه چیز درست پیش خواهد رفت Hame chiz dorost pish khaahad raft
I don’t understand. من نمی فهمم Man nemifahmam
I don’t understand this word. من این کلمه رو نمیفهمم Man in kalame ro nemifahmam
I love him (her) very much.من خیلی دوستش دارم Man Kheili doostesh daaram

And now for the other question you asked:

You can say "khoda haafez" as a general farewell in every situation, you can also say "fe' lan" It literally means "For now" or "for the present", you can use it with your friends or acquaintances, you can also say "Taa fardaa" "till tomorrow" and also "taa ba'd" meaning "till later" , and also you might say "baai baai" which means "bye bye"
