I was in Germany and Canada. Now live in the country (part of ex Yugoslavia).
In Slovenia we say:
Zivio! (but only to the younger people and the people, we know
well)
Dober dan! (during the day)
Dobro jutro! (in the morning).
In Croatia:
Zdravo, kako si? (if you know this person as a friend)
Zdravo, kako ste? (to older people)
Dobar dan (or Dobro jutro)!
In Germany:
Guten Morgen! (good morning)
Guten Tag! (good day).
Gruess Gott! (greeting to God)
I think, I have seen somewhere how to greet in more languages, but have to find it.
