hello and welcome here,
the negation of Persian verbs is not very hard, you just have to add a "نـ" to the beginning of the auxiliary verb, like this:
man mikhoram من می خورم I eat
man nemikhoram من نـمی خورم I don't eat
man doost daaram من دوست دارم I like
man doost nadaaram من دوست نـدارم I don't like
man hastam من هستم I am
man nistam من نـیستم I am not
