I think that the teacher cannot offer any relief TO this student because HIS difficulties SLOW DOWN THE "normal" LEARNING. Therefore he requires a very special assistance which will take into account and analyze HIS real problems to inculcate a personalized TRAINING IN HIM.
Indeed, he needs a specialiZED teacher who IS ABLE to help him, RATHER THAN A NON-SPECIALIZED ONE.
THE FORMER will be able to deal with HIM FOR a particular learning, HE WILL HAVE patience too.
A SO-CALLED normal teacher will not be able to provide support, and most importantly he will not promote a student in particular. He has TO FOLLOW a programME during the year and it is inconceivable FOR HIM to delay the scheduled curriculum and the progress of other students.
