It has been a real long time since I heard from you and you from me. Cela fait bien longtemps que je n'ai pas pris de tes nouvelles et donner des miennes.
Since I've had my new drip I sleep a lot. I run at half-speed. Depuis ma perfusion je dors beaucoup. je marche au ralenti.
Although I try to be concentrated on my English or a book, I am struggling.
Bien que je tente de me concentrer sur mon anglais, je peine.
I will be better next week. J'irai mieux la semaine prochaine.
David went to the swimming pool with me, I had a little swim. David est allé à la piscine avec moi, j'ai peu nagé.
Il a bien fait de m'y emmener, la natation est un sport doux. He was right to take me there, swimming is a soft sport.
D'habitude c'est moi qui le motive pour y aller. Usually I am the one who motivates him to go.

Dimanche je sors entre copines, nous passerons notre journée ensemble du petit déjeuner au soir. On Sunday I'm going out "women only" with my friends, we'll spend the day together from breakfast time to the evening.
J'adore ces sorties, on se marre bien et qu'est ce qu'on papote! I love these days out, we have a great laugh and we chatter a lot!
Nos maris se foutent de nous en disant que l'on fait nos 'commères'....Our husbands make fun of us and say we are real gossips...
Non! On échange beaucoup et ça nous fait du bien. No, we aren't! We just exchange a lot with one another and it does us a lot of good.
