I try to mean it when I say "oh, my God" and not just say it instead of "f...". But for me I usually say "Jesus", because it gives me strength for the tasks of the day, peace at night and at times crazy faith to do things I would never manage otherwise.
Here is the funny example. One time I decided I am going to learn how to dive, I went to the edge of a pretty high pier on the beach and ... spent 30 min just looking down, ha. But then I got fed up with myself, prayed and with the very loud shout "Jesus" jumped - well I probably freaked out the whole beach, but I was not afraid anymore, and I was not hurt neither.
