I do agree with you as far as loving and treatment. Just don't neglect people either.
What amazes me about animals that they themselves respect humans at times more than we do our fellow humans. We are so bound by complexes, opinions of others, preconceived ideas ... etc, but they just love away with no reservations, just as their Creator meant for them (and I believe for us as well). This is why I don't think Dusio is that weired about his opinion, because such loyalty and love from a pet can cause a very wholehearted response from a person. Hey Dusio, you said you don't know what love is? I think you do.
