Toujours débutante, je continue à travailler mon anglais. Ce weekend j'apprends les 5 premiers verbes irréguliers de ma liste, cependant je souhaite faire des phrases au
présent, simple past et present perfect.
Pourriez-vous me corriger mes phrases? et me donner des conseils sur l'utilisation de ces verbes (sont-ils plus appropriés dans tels sens plutôt que mon exemple? etc..).
To abide, abode abode->demeurer (=to live)
She abides in Paris. Now she is abiding in Paris (
Présent simple et progressif)
two years ago she abode near Paris. (Simple Past)
She has abode in Paris for five years. (Present Perfect)
Sh has been abiding in Paris for five years (P.P. Continious ->l'action est susceptible de durer 'ça fait 5 ans qu'elle demeure à Paris)
To awake, awoke, awoken-> se réveiller ( quelle es la différence avecto wake up?)
I always awake at 6 o'clock. She is awaking at the moment.
He awoke two hours ago. He was awaking when the phon rang.
Look! He has awoken!
He has been awaking since 8 o'clock
To Be was/were, been
There is a Hichcock's film (en noir et blanc) on TV every Monday.
I am being .. (je ne sais pas quoi dire au P. Progressive)
A film was on TV last Monday. (mardi dernier?)
He was being ill when he went outside
The film has been on TV on Original Version (en version originale)
The film has been being.....(que puis-je mettre? Est-ce correct le P.P.Continious avec le verbe être?)
To bear, bore borne -> porter/supporter/soutenir Je n'ai fait que des phrases en utilisant 'supporter' mais je ne vois pas comment utiliser ce verbe avec soutenir et porter.

The principal character is bearing the other characters (le personnage principale est en train de supporter les autres personnages)
The reader bore hardly the suspence (le lecteur a difficlement supporté le suspense)

In the last episode the principal character beat the robber (Dans le dernier épisode le personnage principal a battu le voleur.)
The principal character has never beaten the robber.
The principal character has been beating the robber (P.P.Continious :cela veut dire que cela peut continuer dans les prochains épisodes, non?)
To become, became, become->devenir
In that serial this actor always becomes a robber (Dans cette série cet acteur devient toujours un voleur).
This actor is becoming a robber
What ever became of the principal character? (Qu'est devenu l'acteur principal?)
The author has become a film-maker and does now beautiful movies. (l'auteur est devenu un réalisateur et fait maintenant de beaux films)
The narrator has been becoming a fim-maker when he met a famous actor.
To beget, begat, begotten-> engendrer
Je n'ai pas d'idée, si vous avez des exemples, ils sont les bienvenus.
