la phrase suivante est prononcée par un ex-militaire russe dans une interview:

"most of the people who graduated in the 60's, dropouts or half-baked intellectuals, are now occupying the positions of power in the government..."

Comment comprenez-vous l'enchainement :
"most of the people who graduated in the 60's, dropouts or half-baked intellectuals"

1°) Considère t'il les gens qui ont "graduated" comme des "dropouts" et des "half-baked intellectuals" ?

2°) ou est-ce une énumération de 3 termes :
- les diplomés
-les drop-outs
