Eventually, after one week I was able to talk to that person and answer his questions. In the end he told me to wait for another call from the first person who was in charge of hiring.
Another two weeks passed and nothing happened until today I finally called that person and since nobody picked-up I left a message. And that person called and said that he's waiting for the-guy-in-charge's phone call (the place where I'm suppose to work). And that they just got the news that that position is filled. I don't know if it was my fault for not calling them everyday or maybe I couldn't do anything at all?
