In the sentence with passive voice,
subject is in instrumental case i.e. tritIyA
object is in nominative case i.e. prathamA
ling & vachana of the verb is ruled by that of the object i.e. karma
Hence,
ten is the subject i.e. kartA here.
aham is the object i.e. karma here.
AnItA is the verb i.e. kriyApada here.
In Sanskrit, saptmamI is used to show the location of the action indicated by the verb form. Indeed in English, it is called locative case for the same reason.
Hence to show the location of the action done by the verb ( AnItA in this case ), locative case i.e. saptamI of the related word swarga i.e. swarge is used.
The karma is in dwitIyA in active voice(kartarI prayoga).
In karmaNI prayoga i.e. passive voice it is always in nominative case i.e. prathamA
