I have a question. I don't know whether it is phylosophical or not but I didn't know where to post it.

Why are people "afraid" of talking with someone in the other age? I will show you an example. Now in the internet era there are many chatrooms and forums. Just say we are on the phylosophy chat. We are talking wisely with someone and then he asks us how old are we. We can say for example "I'm 13 (or) 58 years old". The other persons says "Oops I'm 26 Bye". You can check that it happens all the time. It doesn't matter that we have talked wisely for last 3 hours. Because of that people are hiding their age adding or removing few years. Why are they ashamed to be in their age? No they are afraid not to be laughed.
