Où vont-ils? Ils vont au cinema

il/elle va , ils/elles vont


So,I think I might can say
Où vont-elles? Elles vont au cinema.
Où vais-je? Je vais au cinema

But first two made me confusion.

In English, we say I ------ we (yes it's true)
you ----- you (tu and vous) but polished form (vous no tu)
he/she --- they

So when we say : Où allez-vous? ("tu" or "vous", if it's polished form)
then there should be Nous allons au magasin .
Why the text made "Je vais au magasin".? (it's polished form for "tu")
This answer sounds should be correspond to: Où vais-je?
ex:
- Où allez-vous? (polished form)
- Où vais-je ?
- Oui !
- je vais au magasin
