I hope you understand my reply. I think you will. Pardon me if I misunderstood your question. Here in USA when we say star we can be referring to a star that you see in the sky at night. Like when you say "I can see a thousand stars in the sky". The other kind of star as in my own signature (cinema) I have "Every man and every woman is a star" I mean to say all of you everywhere in the world is special in your own way and that we are like stars as in a Hollywood star! Here in USA a TV or movie star is seen as a person that stands out and is special to everyone.
