Default One Question About the French Language - Un question de la langue de francais

If the French verb for to want is vouloir, shouldn't it be conjugated as "Voulons" if I were to say "We need/would to take advantage of something?" like, comme, "Nous voulons l'argent" Because on a French instruction site it listed a sentence as :

Nous voulons profiter du nouvel accord.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, merci beaucoup.
