Well, let's see. From what I understand, this gives:

We've sung two songs in the church... and we had some nice time (well, I haven't got a better translation for this sentence)... the problem is, that I came back with a scaring cold... my neck hurts... I've got a strong sinusitis... and last night, I couldn't sleep at all... (?)"
Well, I've a problem with the last sentence. Literally, it'd say "I hope it comes back to me" or something ike that. I'm not exactly sure what it means here. I hope I could help a little.
