generally you can turn on the option with language of your keybord but in my case it finishes badly because I have the letters in other places than before.. So usually I write without the accents or I copy them from the board of the signs in Word.

I know how to change the keyboard but as you say it means the letters are all in different places. In Word you can insert special symbols but this is too laborious and time-consuming. I think there is a shortcut using the Ctrl or Alt key but I need someone to explain how to do it.
