Merci beaucoup pour ta réponse rapide et pour ton accueil. Le texte est à traduire de l'anglais au français. En fait je pense que ce serait mieux si j'écrivais directement le texte ici. On ne sait jamais. Alors le voici :

On 11/19/04 before me UNTEL, Notary Public, personally appeared UNEAUTRETELLE, personally known to me to be the person whose name is subscribed to the within instrument and acknowledge to me that she executed the same in her authorized capacity, and that by her signature on the instrument the person or the entity unpon behalf of which the person acted, executed the instrument.
