Bonsoir,
Voilà, voilà, ça vient, un peu de patience !

Work placement
In order to get my training as a computing network director validated I had to do a compulsory in-house period. It ran from October 30 to November 24, 2006 and from January 8, to January 26, 2007 at Issoire-aviation, the aircraft constructor based in Issoire, Puy-de-Dôme.
I worked in the computing department limited to one person who looks after the network. The remaining personnel consists of trainees throughout the year. I was very glad to work with Mr Bosquet who behaved very patiently and answered every one of my questions. I started at 8 am and finished at 6 pm with a lunch break of seventy-five minutes. With such a schedule I had the Friday afternoons off.
Issoire-aviation is a medium-sized company with 150 employees specialized in subcontracting aircraft equipment for companies such as Airbus, Eurocopter, Sagem... It also has its own research department to design and make small size aircraft out of composite material. Issoire being 28 miles away from home, I drove to work. I left around seven in the morning in order to arrive early.
The tasks I was entrusted to were varied. I was in charge of buying new PCs, installing and configuring them. I also looked after the maintenance of all the company's computers and the users' training.
I was very happy to do this training period in this company where I met very nice people who were always ready to help me.
I believe an in-house working period is a great asset to get one's training validated. Above all, it enables a trainee to get involved in a company he does not know and also put into practice all that he has learnt in the training centre.
Good luck.
