Hi, Danielle!
As far as I know traditional pysanka isn't decorated with words. Usually special graphical symbols are drawn on pysanky which bear certain meanings like health, wealth, long life, sun-light, etc. For more info see
Easter-eggs of Gutsulshchina and Pokuttja
and
Ïèñàíêè ç ãóöóëüñüêèì îðíàìåíòîì.
The words which you give are translated as following:
Правда
Успіх
Злагода
Любов
Довге життя
Good Luck!
