As far as I know, Espagnol is the French name of Spanish Langauge, while the nom is the French name of Name, so Espagnom means Spanish Name.
It seams that the ESpagnom is coined by a French speaking person.

When I searched in google, I could get a bunch of "Espagnom"s, but it was something in book.

I deeply believe that, you have misspelled, it should be "Espagnol", which is a phonetic transliteration of the Spanish nomination of its own language "Español", whose "ñ" pronounces the same with Chinese N in Niao 鸟, so the French language spells it in to "gn".

And if I had a good memory, I should have seen some other apellations in Latinoamerica, such as "ëspañol", there is an ë, but I'm not sure now if it's true.
