To change your display picture ...

Go to User CP on top to the left
From the minu on the left click on Edit avatar you can choose from the pictures In the middle of the page.
If the picture that you want to use is on your computer then go down the page and click on Browse and choose a picture from your computer
If you chose a picture from your computer it has to be 80x80 pixel or less and less than 19.5 KB
After you are done you should click on save changes button down the page.
