Of course the budget includes these spending : we have foreseen all the expense.
It is is a fair price, taking into account that it includes all the development, maintenance and operation costs.

We drew up a financial report about this projet which demonstrates that the net profit will increase a lot only 18 months after its setting up. Net income will also grow due to savings in net financial charges.
It will give a boost to the local economy creating employments and many activities : in a short term on the building site and in a long term in the theme park itself and in the surroundings.
Many activities will expand offering services adapted to the demand to attract customers

Shareholder’s equity will increase and the return on investment will be very satisfactory by the next 5 years.
Improvements in operating performance will be able to finance capital expenditures and debt repayment.

(it is a boring text that i had to imagine, isn't it?)
