Window 2 : the list of your documents to translate with just 3 columns : title / original language / language to translate... maybe another with the size of the document...
Selection of a document
Translation in a window with 2 cases for the 2 languages...
A button to valid the end of the translation
Return to the window 2 and (for example : the title of the document changes when the translation is over)
Many options could be added like "send document translated"...
Just tell me what you want and maybe I could help you if my friend undestand what you want
