This video is interesting as it raises a burning issue of the world in which we live. Indeed, it leads us to wonder if polar bears are in danger, because of the ice melting.
On the one hand, we can't but acknowledge that the eco-system is in danger and that the existence of polar bears on the Hudson Bay is under threat. Indeed, as the air temperature in spring has been warming each decade several degrees, glaciers on the Hudson Bay have begun to melt. So, polar bears which go hunting in winter are forced ashore earlier to feed. However, it is not only polar bears which are in danger, but the entire eco-system. For example, the ice melting will have as a result the disappearance of certain animal species, notament navy, as seals, (Je ne comprends pas exactement ce que vous voulez dire ici... vous voulez dire que les phoques sont en danger?? Dans ce cas vous pouvez dire " the disappearance of certain animal species, notably seals,"...) and the modification of the way of life of inhabitants of this region.
On the other hand, we must bear in mind that the ice melting also has a global impact. Indeed, from my point of view, if glaciers continue to melt so quickly, the level of oceans is also going to increase very fast. Moreover, eleven of the largest cities of the world are situated in easily flooded zones. There is no doubt that if it occured, millions of persons should make an exodus to avoid this disaster.
To conclude, the ice melting is responsible for important turnovers which put in danger the people but also the fauna and the flora in the polar regions and on the global scale.

I hope I helped you, Jessica
